Andrey Fadeyev is the visionary founder of Mental Map to Wellness, a practice dedicated to expanding evidence-based, accessible, and affordable mental health services across the DMV area. With over a decade of experience in mental health care, Andrey is passionate about empowering individuals to navigate their mental wellness journey with confidence and clarity.

Specializing in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges, Andrey uses a tailored, integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic techniques.

Chenoa Bishop, LMSW – Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Chenoa Bishop is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Social Work Supervisee with a profound dedication to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health care. Specializing in trauma, addictions, and mental health challenges, Chenoa brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy for adolescents and adults.
With expertise in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use disorders, self-injury, and suicidality, Chenoa employs an eclectic blend of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Colleen Anderson is a skilled and compassionate therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. She is trained in ADHD management and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), equipping her to provide specialized support for clients seeking relief from trauma and assistance with executive functioning difficulties.
